The Ultimate Hawaii Retreat

Jason’s place was as picture perfect as the pictures show! The house and grounds are incredible and our group of 16 had more than enough space. The infinity pool, jacuzzi, and movie theater were highlights for the group of teens we brought over. Jason was a very responsive host in helping us locate items and even bringing over items we didn’t have. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again, mahalo nui!!

Jason's place was absolutely insanely amazing. The place is configured so you can go with the family, multiple families, or company retreat. The place is huge but everything is in a tip top shape. The view immediately puts you in a meditative state. We picked all types of fruits and stuffed our face. Jason was an incredible host. He is very proactive, responsive, and thorough. We are so thankful for his kindness and service.

Facility and Host were both amazing. Beautiful and update houses. Jason was on top of everything we needed. We miss the house already!

The place is out of this world beautiful. There is a great room with maybe 30ft high ceilings overlooking the infinity pool and ocean. Amazing sunsents. Extensive kitchen, well supplied with everything you could want -- two fridges, two dishwashers, 3 sinks, tons of plates and glasses, utensils, coffee machine, toaster, etc. We used the space for a work event and we had plenty of space to gather and get things done. The host, Jason, was truly outstanding -- I've never had such a responsive and accommodating host! He communicated well beforehand about what supplies are at the house etc., and remained responsive throughout. Would give 6 stars if I could.

We absolutely loved it here. Such beautiful surrounds and the house was so spacious an accommodating for my entire family. We would make sure we got home every night to watch the sunset from the upstairs deck. And in the morning we would take walks over to the sheep to say hello. The pool and jacuzzi were used on the daily. And we loved having pool and beach toys available for the grandkids everyday. Some evenings we would turn on a movie in the theater room and just chill out. And the player piano was such a fun surprise. Overall an excellent place to stay and chill in Hawaii. I hope someday we will be able to return!

Most memorable place my family has yet vacationed to! Absolutely beautiful property with every amenity you could need. Jason was a very responsive host and quick to answer any questions we had. The views on the property were breathtaking and there was plenty of room for our huge family of 16! This home was more than we could’ve hoped for, the pictures truly don’t do it justice and that is saying a lot! Would definitely love to come back and recommend to anyone traveling to the Big Island!

This place exceeded all expectations and is more beautiful than the pictures, which is saying something. It was perfect for our group of 14 where we all had plenty of space for ourselves (rooms, bathrooms, general space) and great places for us to spend together (kitchen/dining, pool/balcony, theater room, pickle ball court). Until I stayed here, I never knew that I needed an infinity pool to go along with a beautiful ocean view 😂

Jason's place did not disappoint. In fact, it exceeded expectations! The house is extremely spacious, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen is huge and a dream to cook in. The pool and the outdoor space was serene and gorgeous. The theater room was clutch for the kids. During down time the kids could play their video games, and one night we popped some popcorn and had a movie night - the theater room comfortably fit the 12 of us with room to spare! The one thing we were not expecting was the Pickle Ball court on the property. So fun! For the adults and the kids. We would love to come back and stay here again. Everyone in our party absolutely loved this house!

Our stay here was perfect. We rented for a week with our family of 8. Jason was responsive in answering our questions before the trip, even renting us two vehicles and providing multiple recommendations of activities to prioritize. He met us at the airport to coordinate car handoff, then walked us through the house to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was amply stocked with basic necessities (soap, paper products, garbage bags, etc), something we have found lacking in past rentals. The house and setting were beautiful, exactly as represented in the listing. Plenty of room. Clean. High end. Perfect for a big family or group. Jason checked in multiple times throughout the week by text to see if we needed anything, and was quick to answer questions or help out with anything. The location is private, quiet, and safe. Easy access to Kona and it’s beaches (Magic was our favorite), restaurants (Kai was our favorite), and activities (snorkeling, hiking, tours…). 👍👍

The whole experience was amazing. Jason did a great job taking care of us and we had a blast. My personal favorites were the scenic views (particularly from the upper floor) and the infinity pool. The experience of the property itself was also incredible. I can't say enough about the attentiveness that Jason has provided, he was there for anything we needed or had questions about. I do recommend that people check out the stars when it gets dark, that was an extraordinary experience! Truly a 10/10 experience for us, we will definitely be visiting again!

What an incredible stay! We only calendared to stay 3 nights, but wish it could have been longer. First, it can't be understated, the views are simply unbeatable, best sunsets of our Hawaii Trip! It is so close to downtown when we needed to get supplies or feel a bit of the tourist vibe, yet still seems far from all the "touristy" hustle on the night we wanted to relax. The pool is massive and so fun for all of us, and you can't go wrong watching the sunset from the hot tub! Rooms were spacious and beds were wonderful to sleep in, and that Movie Theater! Everything was clean and welcoming. Jason was so easy to work with and proactively made sure we knew all necessary details to access the home. Will definitely try to book this place again, next time we are in Kona!

By far the best view in Kona! Every morning I woke up thinking how lucky I was haha. The kitchen was massive, could accommodate tons of people. Super comfortable perfect for friends, family, or even retreats. Kept telling myself how we could have had more people. The deck was perfect for morning yoga, had some super memorable sunsets chillin by the pool/hot tub. Host was super cool, just an overall awesome place! 10/10 would stay here again.

This house was the BEST decision for our large group retreat in Hawaii! You walk in and the house really takes your breath away, from the open living room to the gorgeous kitchen and the pool! The pictures really don’t do the house justice! This 100 ft infiniti pool is unreal and the sunset views from the pool and hot tub are once in a lifetime. The kitchen is a dream! It’s extremely well stocked with high quality cookware and serving pieces. The gorgeous kitchen table made me so happy for large group dinners full of laughs and amazing memories were made at this table! With the huge counter space and stools, you could easily host 30 people and have plenty of room for loads of fun! We especially appreciated having two large fridges and freezer space to allow for one big Costco run vs. multiple throughout the week. We could easily store enough food for all of us which was great! Also there are TWO dishwashers — seriously whoever thought of that is my new favorite person. Such an awesome touch! Throughout the home it’s evident they have intentionally chosen high quality design, and it’s full of fun surprises! We kept discovering fun design touches, like the beautiful etched artwork in the sliding doors. We enjoyed some amazing movies in the media room, the extra large couch is especially comfy for a family to snuggle in! A pleasant surprise we were not expecting was the property is more like a farm and there is a huge abundance of all kinds of fruit trees on the farm which make for a great morning, afternoon, or evening walk and lots of amazing snacks you can pick straight from the tree. A true Hawaii experience we enjoyed. 🙂 The hosts were also very impressive — super responsive and proactive in ensuring our stay was 5 stars! Truly more like a white glove service which added to the experience. You'll never run out of things to do and won't feel guilty staying home all day! Can’t recommend this enough for large groups coming to the big island, we are already booking our next trip to come back to this house.
