Jeff had great communication and we were comfortable even before we arrived. Seth the property manager was prompt and attentive. Jeff put us in touch with airbnb hosts who helped plan our outings. Chef Rosie was outstanding. We look forward to coming back to this property!
By far the best view in Kona! Every morning I woke up thinking how lucky I was haha. The kitchen was massive, could accommodate tons of people. Super comfortable perfect for friends, family, or even retreats. Kept telling myself how we could have had more people. The deck was perfect for morning yoga, had some super memorable sunsets chillin by the pool/hot tub. Host was super cool, just an overall awesome place! 10/10 would stay here again.
This house was the BEST decision for our large group retreat in Hawaii! You walk in and the house really takes your breath away, from the open living room to the gorgeous kitchen and the pool! The pictures really don’t do the house justice! This 100 ft infiniti pool is unreal and the sunset views from the pool and hot tub are once in a lifetime. The kitchen is a dream! It’s extremely well stocked with high quality cookware and serving pieces. The gorgeous kitchen table made me so happy for large group dinners full of laughs and amazing memories were made at this table! With the huge counter space and stools, you could easily host 30 people and have plenty of room for loads of fun! We especially appreciated having two large fridges and freezer space to allow for one big Costco run vs. multiple throughout the week. We could easily store enough food for all of us which was great! Also there are TWO dishwashers — seriously whoever thought of that is my new favorite person. Such an awesome touch! Throughout the home it’s evident they have intentionally chosen high quality design, and it’s full of fun surprises! We kept discovering fun design touches, like the beautiful etched artwork in the sliding doors. We enjoyed some amazing movies in the media room, the extra large couch is especially comfy for a family to snuggle in! A pleasant surprise we were not expecting was the property is more like a farm and there is a huge abundance of all kinds of fruit trees on the farm which make for a great morning, afternoon, or evening walk and lots of amazing snacks you can pick straight from the tree. A true Hawaii experience we enjoyed. :) The hosts were also very impressive — super responsive and proactive in ensuring our stay was 5 stars! Truly more like a white glove service which added to the experience. You'll never run out of things to do and won't feel guilty staying home all day! Can’t recommend this enough for large groups coming to the big island, we are already booking our next trip to come back to this house.
