This house is huge and the views are great! It fit our large group very well. It was neat to take a tour of the nearby coffee farm.

It’s a good property. Beautiful house. Jason is very responsive. Nicely decorated, enough beds & supplies, big kitchen. Host lives right Nextdoor so very helpful. Few things to look for- lot of mosquitoes, pool water was so cold, noise restrictions due to retirement community after 10, not close to beach.

Jason is an AMAZING host, super friendly and always willing to help. He truly wants you to have a great experience. He will go out of the way to make your stay memorable. And the house is simply FAN-TAS-TIC!! It’s is grand, it is beautiful, it is cosy! I would want to stay here again and again!

Jason is a terrific host, and his property was perfect for my event. I most certainly will book with him again in the future.

We booked this home with Jason for our entire family vacation. Initially we were a little concerned about 20 of us fitting, but upon arrival we were blown away!! The pictures don't do justice. The home is massive and we had more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen was large enough for family meals, and the pool, pickleball courts, and walking trails provided entertainment for everyone. Fresh fruit on property was a bonus!! Jason gave us so many recommendations that were stellar, and we even got to see the Volcano erupting LIVE! If you're traveling with a large group- this house is a MUST!!! Our family voted and this is the best vacation spot we have ever had!!!

This incredible property could not have been a better location for our family reunion. We were all drawn to the spectacular outdoor space with its infinity pool, hot tub and comfortable seating. The sunset views were breathtaking. The large beautiful kitchen was well appointed and a great gathering space for family meals. Everyone had fun playing pickle ball on the court. The movie theater was a treat for the littles to watch their favorite movies. We enjoyed ourselves so much at the house we didn’t feel the need to do the excursions we thought we would. Jason was extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs. He was a great resource for planning activities on the island. One of our highlights was a trip to the active volcano which Jason gave us insight to. We arranged our rental on Turo which was one of Jasons vehicles. Having never used this ride share before it was easy and convenient. Highly recommend.

amazing. truly a 'pictures dont do justice' view. jawdropped and if you are thinking about booking jasons place, do it. the house is just incredible, movie room is so fun, the pool/jacuzzi is great. felt like living in a villa on love island (: everything was literally wonderful and so was Jason and Braiden. already thinking about coming back again. just book it.

Wow! Just wow!! I’m always the one ready to go home after a few days of vacation. However, this vacation I literally cried when I had to leave. This place was over the top! The views are spectacular. The house is immaculate. The host is top notch. I can’t say enough about this house, host and area! If you want heaven on earth, this is your place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Truly an amazing property! Had a 4 family reunion with plenty of space for all 15 of us! Views are incredible with 360 degrees of ocean. Still basking in the glow of our family trip! Kids loved the media room and pickleball. Adults loved pool and spaces to chill with a good book.

Was a great stay and Jason was very good at communicating with me and working with me on any challenges I had.

We were a family of 13, including 5 grandkids, at the 'Villa' for a week at Thanksgiving. We had an awesome time & spent way more time at the 'Villa' than we would have expected for being in Hawaii due to the fact that we just liked being there. Jason was awesome & very responsive to any questions/issues we had.

Our stay at this Kona mansion was absolutely incredible! Jason, the owner, lives right next door and was always available to help—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The house is huge, and when we had minor issues like fixing the fans or bidets, Jason was right there to handle it immediately. You don’t see this level of service anymore! One of our group members casually mentioned wanting coconuts, and Jason showed up with a full basket of fresh ones and even cut them up for us. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. When we expressed interest in his coffee farm, he arranged a private tour with Bryce from Heavenly Hawaiian. That tour turned out to be such a memorable highlight—way better than any concierge experience we’ve had elsewhere! The views here, especially at sunset, are breathtaking, and the pool was a favorite spot for everyone in our group. The house and whole garden are incredibly amazing, and the view from the pool is like heaven. Jason is also perfectly nice. We will never forget the time spent here.

The photos of this place give very high expectations of a dream vacation and after spending a long weekend here, I can say it delivers in every way. If you are debating Airbnb locations on Big Island or even in Hawaii, I would highly recommend the Kona estate for your stay. Beautiful location, house and working with the hosts was as hassle free as it gets.

Amazing! Took the family here for inlaws 50th anniversary. Once in a lifetime trip for us. Hardest vacation to leave and assimilate back into normal life. The house and setting were breathtaking and words to describe can’t do it justice. Worth the money to gain the experience.

This property is one of a kind, spacious, clean, luxurious, spoiling, and fun. It looks even better than the pictures, which are amazing as well. The location is perfect: close enough to all the activities but remote enough to give the visitors the most relaxing ambiance. Jason and the team were great, very responsive, and available. Highly recommended and definitely worth the cost.

Jason's place was absolutely insanely amazing. The place is configured so you can go with the family, multiple families, or company retreat. The place is huge but everything is in a tip top shape. The view immediately puts you in a meditative state. We picked all types of fruits and stuffed our face. Jason was an incredible host. He is very proactive, responsive, and thorough. The place is out of this world beautiful. There is a great room with maybe 30ft high ceilings overlooking the infinity pool and ocean. Amazing sunsents. Extensive kitchen, well supplied with everything you could want -- two fridges, two dishwashers, 3 sinks, tons of plates and glasses, utensils, coffee machine, toaster, etc. We used the space for a work event and we had plenty of space to gather and get things done. The host, Jason, was truly outstanding -- I've never had such a responsive and accommodating host! He communicated well beforehand about what supplies are at the house etc., and remained responsive throughout. Would give 6 stars if I could.

We would make sure we got home every night to watch the sunset from the upstairs deck. And in the morning we would take walks over to the sheep to say hello. The pool and jacuzzi were used on the daily. And we loved having pool and beach toys available for the grandkids everyday. Some evenings we would turn on a movie in the theater room and just chill out. And the player piano was such a fun surprise. Overall an excellent place to stay and chill in Hawaii. I hope someday we will be able to return!
