About Us

KAILUA KONA ESTATE

Mission and Vision

After a year-long $1,200,000 restoration project, we are thrilled to present the finished Kailua Kona Estate! We turned this property into a beautiful space to create unforgettable memories. Every inch of this home has been lovingly and thoughtfully improved to present an experience of upscale casual elegance.

Estate History

The estate is located just above Queen Kaahumanu Hwy (Hwy 19)  inside of Ka Aina Pono subdivision, a private gated community.

The original estate was built-in 2012 and sat vacant for nearly 10 years. Starting mid-2021, the new owners of the Kailua Kona Estate have completely renovated the house.

The estate is at 1000 ft elevation with a refreshing ocean breeze during the day and a cool mount Hualalai breeze a night.

Meet The Owner

Jason

Jason Eisert

Jason is a dedicated farmer and steward of the land, deeply committed to revitalizing the historic estate he discovered several years ago in Kona. Since acquiring the property, Jason has invested significant time and effort into restoring and nurturing the farmland, bringing new life to the once-abandoned grounds.
With a passion for sustainable agriculture, Jason cultivates coffee, manages a diversified fruit orchard, and cares for a thriving sheep pasture. He believes strongly in the importance of giving back to the Kona community and is committed to supporting local farmers and businesses through Rising Kona Coffee Farm, an initiative dedicated to uplifting the agricultural heritage of the region.
Jason’s focus extends beyond farming alone—he has carefully renovated the estate to preserve its charm and history, creating a welcoming space for the community and those coming to visit. Through farm tours and educational experiences, Jason aims to share his love for agriculture, sustainability, and local Hawaiian culture, fostering deeper connections between visitors and the Kona community.
