KAILUA KONA ESTATE
Mission and Vision
After a year-long $1,200,000 restoration project, we are thrilled to present the finished Kailua Kona Estate! We turned this property into a beautiful space to create unforgettable memories. Every inch of this home has been lovingly and thoughtfully improved to present an experience of upscale casual elegance.
Estate History
The estate is located just above Queen Kaahumanu Hwy (Hwy 19) inside of Ka Aina Pono subdivision, a private gated community.
The original estate was built-in 2012 and sat vacant for nearly 10 years. Starting mid-2021, the new owners of the Kailua Kona Estate have completely renovated the house.
The estate is at 1000 ft elevation with a refreshing ocean breeze during the day and a cool mount Hualalai breeze a night.
Meet The Owner
Jason Eisert
Jason is a dedicated farmer and steward of the land, deeply committed to revitalizing the historic estate he discovered several years ago in Kona.
